License

The repository keeps its original proprietary license, unchanged by the restructure.

LicenseRef-Proprietary-Wild8Highlander-1.0

The document, the code and the verification framework are distributed under the repository's own proprietary license LicenseRef-Proprietary-Wild8Highlander-1.0 (short name IPL-RP-1.0). The full legal text lives in LICENSE.md at the repository root, with unofficial translation files in LICENSE.ru.md and LICENSE.zh.md. In one paragraph: personal, research and educational use is permitted with attribution; redistribution and commercial use require the author's written permission; the document is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

REUSE and SPDX

The repository is REUSE-oriented: REUSE.toml maps SPDX copyright and license identifiers onto the file tree (SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-Proprietary-Wild8Highlander-1.0), and the NOTICE.md file explains how to attribute excerpts. The .zenodo.json metadata carries the same license id, so the Zenodo record and the repository never disagree.

What changed in version 1.0.0. Nothing in the license. The TRIVORTEX restructure removed research directions and rewrote documentation; the license text, the license badges, the REUSE annotations and the NOTICE chain were kept byte-for-byte where possible. If you hold a copy of the previous edition, your rights and obligations are identical.
